The School offers programs in Civil & Commercial

law, Economic Law, and Intellectual Property Law. It encompasses four

research and teaching divisions: Economic Law, Civil and Commercial

Law, International Economic Law, and Simulated Laboratory.Since the establishment of the School, constant effort

has been made to enhance curriculum. Economic Law ranks among the key

subjects recognized in Chongqing, and Civil Law will receive priority

during the on-going build up of Chongqing province.

The School keeps itself well informed of developments of the law thanks

to its ever increasing academic exchanges with outside world. By

following the two-way strategy of “Going Out and Inviting In”, the

school has increased the presence of its staff in the international or

national symposiums as well as hosting lecture tours of renowned

scholars and the law professionals on campus.
