On October 20, Ms.Ling Gao LeBeau, Director of the International Programs and Services of Western Carolina University（WCU）, paid the first visit to CTBU on her position and had discussions with the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of CTBU on students short-term exchange, teachers visiting and training,Chinese language teaching programs, etc. Both sides reached agreement about several programs and would actively promote implementation.  

WCU and CTBU have established partnership since 2008 and collaborations as joint course development, student exchange and Chinese teaching have been conducted.
