On the afternoon of April 2nd, Mr. Guido Tielman, Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Chongqing, Ms. Tabitha Speelman, Policy Officer and Mr. Chen Junyi, Business Director visited CTBU and were warmly received by Prof. Yang Jirui, CTBU president and Prof. Gou Chaoli, Vice President.

President Yang Jirui firstly extended the warmest welcome and briefed CTBU, especially the Opening-up strategy and cooperational achievements between CTBU and Dutch univerisities and institutions. Mr. Guido Tielman spoke highly of the fruitful cooperation results achieved and expressed the willingness to support for more coopertation and exchanges.

After the meeting, the guests had a campus tour in the company of VP Gou Chaoli. They visited Modern International Art and Design Academy (MIADA), a joint-venture established with FOUNDATION ISEC, the Netherlands, and met with Dutch teachers in that school and exchange students who had been to the Netherlands.
